This issue was finished early due to hurricane Dorian. The coasts of Florida to South Carolina were under a hurricane watch and were ordered to evacuate. I apologize in advance for any mistakes or errors. We ran out of time. Hopefully everyone in the affected areas will safely ride out the hurricane.
